Every day in different countries around the world, especially in our country Turkey, we witness that people are confronted with security concerns in various ways and their rights are violated and therefore they experience various victimizations.
As people who have experienced similar victimizations, we decided to establish an association in order to prevent such unlawfulness and to be a voice for people’s victimizations.
For this reason, we have started our activities as the Geneva-based Security Studies and Rule of Law Association in January 2023.
Our Association is all over the world regardless of borders,
– Promote practices that protect and uphold human rights and the rule of law,
– Actively using all platforms to defend democratic rights and freedoms,
– Conducting studies on torture and crimes against humanity, preparing reports and publicizing victimization,
– Cooperation with United Nations (UN) and European Union (EU) bodies and international organizations such as International Police Association (IPA),
– To develop collaborations with local and national administrations and similar organizations abroad,
– To increase solidarity among the members of the association and their families and to contribute to their integration processes in their countries of residence, to fulfill its every duty to build a democratic and free world.
