HUMAN RIGHTS MONITORING

SRL Swiss monitors and documents human rights concerns through evidence-based research, case analysis and the review of primary and secondary sources.
Our monitoring work focuses on identifying patterns of rights violations, assessing their impact on individuals and communities, and examining whether domestic practices comply with international human rights standards. Particular attention is given to issues affecting fair-trial rights, judicial independence, access to justice, conditions of detention and the protection of fundamental freedoms.
We analyse court decisions, official records, witness accounts, international reports and other relevant materials in order to establish verifiable facts and place individual cases within their broader institutional and legal context.
Documentation and Verification
We collect, review and cross-check documentary material to distinguish verified facts from unsupported claims and to identify evidential gaps requiring further examination.
Case and Pattern Analysis
We assess both individual cases and recurring structural concerns in order to understand how particular practices affect the protection of human rights and the rule of law.
International Standards
Our monitoring is guided by relevant standards developed within the United Nations, OSCE, Council of Europe and European human rights system.
SRL Swiss aims to ensure that human rights concerns are documented carefully, presented accurately and supported by verifiable evidence.
